Jizz music played over the voices of Mandalorian patrons. The Akaan’lar Rat Pizza & Child Casino was abuzz as people drank, gambled, and had merry fun in the refurbished First Order AT-AT. One table had a running game of Sabacc and a group had surrounded the players to watch the entertaining match.
At the tabel, four armor clad Mandalorians looked at their hands, and then to eachother. One of them shook their head as he looked over to a fifth. Wearing a pink and purple set of Beskar armor, Meneveria “Eevie” Navis’thae stared out of her visor at the others, her cards laying face down at the table.
“What’s the matter boys, place your bets. I told you, I’ll match you without even looking at my hand.”
One by one the four Mandalorians placed their bets. Since she came to their table, they had not been able to best the female in their game. She seemed to be taking their credits without even trying, and tehy were getting angry about it. But there was still a chance to win the big one; the Sabacc pot!
Bets were made. Cards were requested. One of the four, dropped his head down as his hand went over 23 and he bombed out. Another ended with his score of 21, not wanting to risk a higher card being pulled. The other two Mandalorians began to smile and laugh as they laid down their hands, believing luch to be on their sides.
“Negative 23 for me.”
“And 23 for me. Thats two pure Sabacc’s. I’m thinking this match and game ae over.”
Eevie started from one to the other as her three cards were never touched. She sighed as went to shake their hands.
“You’re right…this would for sure be the final round because the game is over.”
The two refused to shake her hand as they rejoiced, thinking they had one. But as one of them went to grab the credits, a blaster pointed their way.
“Excuse me boys…what are you doing?” Eevie’s voice hid the smirk crossing her face beneath her mask.
“The pots are ours…we won.”
“You can’t just threaten us in this establishment, so I’d put away that blaster if I were you.”
“I haven’t shown my hand yet. So lets not be premature. I understand that might be difficult for you both.”
Eevie placed her hand over the first card and flipped over a 3 of Flasks. The second card was flipped to be a 2 of Coins.
“There’s no way you have a card high enough to beat us. You cant even tie us!”
She flipped over the final card to reveal “The Idiot”, and the table erupted as the four Mandalorians realized that she had payed “the Idiot’s array”. The crowd cheered as the four men walked out of the establishment slinging curses and insults her way. Eevie merely collected her winnings before noticing she was being watched by those she was meant to meet here today.
The Regent himself, Zxyl Bes’uliik, and The Erinos’s Socorra and Jax.
Eevie walked to a private table, and joined the others for their awaited meeting.
