Session export: pillow fight - pillowmania

Why in the fracking hells did I let these two talk me into this mess?

She didn’t have a whole lot of time to think about the current mess she was in, as she had to do the limbo under the huge eight foot long body pillow that had been aimed for her midsection. The gust of wind that swept over her as the body pillow flew by, made her wonder if the Wookie wielding it was being serious or just having fun. The Elder really couldn’t tell after she smacked him in the back of the head with regular sized pillow she had.

Glancing at her brother, as she dodged yet another swing from the Wookie, Tahiri couldn’t help but smile as she saw Ro get hit in the face full force by a pillow from Blackhawk.

Turning back to her own pillow fight, the petite Togruta twirled and danced almost around her larger opponent, hitting him three times in rapid succession. Once in the left leg, tucking and rolling to the side as Spokkk slammed his pillow down to try and catch her. Then hitting him in the lower right arm and side, before ducking and jumping back a little from an upward slash of the Wookies’ body pillow. Lastly, after she ran forward, feinting an attack to his mid section as Spokkk brought the pillow for a powerful downswing, only to bellow a confused roar as she instead tucked and rolled between his legs and jumped back up behind him, smacking him square in the back of the head again.

***“Ooh and a stunning display of footwork by the Beastmaster herself, as she lands three more blows on the big man, Spokkk. Can he get in a solid hit before the bell rings to win?

Her brother looks like he’s in a bit of a pickle at the moment though. Those last two hits from Blackhawk looks like they ranged his bell.

Yeah, let’s see if the two heavy hitters can keep this up and win this round three, or if the Torguta siblings can make a come back and keep it tied up to go another round. Or if they can get some extra points on the board and win.”***

Why you little… Spokk grabbed his pillow at both ends, and raised the pillow above his head, aiming for a hammer blow. Tahiri jumped back, managing to easily avoid the attack. Spokk swing high, only for the Togruta to duck under the blow and strike his leg, yet again. Slowly, he moved towards his partner in this brawl. Blackhawk had an easier opponent, and a much better understanding of how to fight Tahiri than Spokk would likely ever possess.

Ro went for a high blow, catching Blackhawk’s head. Blackhawk retaliated with a pillow directly to Ro’s midsection. He batted the Togruta’s next wild swing away easily, sweeping his leg out from under him with a retaliatory wrap. Seeing his Wookie partner begin shifting towards him, Blackhawk similarly shifted his focus. He leapt across the arena to join Spokk, landing close enough to land a quick blow on the elder’s back.

Spokk turned, shifting his focus to an opponent against whom he thought would make for a much better matchup. He attempted another hammer strike, only for Ro to manage to scoot back, barely avoiding the blow. Spokk’s next blow however, he didn’t see coming. Spokk swung down again, releasing the end of his body pillow this time. Ro tried to scoot out of range, but was unable to avoid the extra four feet that slammed down into his torso.

Tahiri ducked under Blackhawk’s next blow, dancing aside as he brought his pillow up high for a follow up. He turned as she aimed a blow for his head, and smiled devilishly. Gotcha

He brought his pillow up, blocking Tahiri’s incoming blow, and wrapped his pillow around hers, wrenching it out of her hand. He promptly retrieved the fallen pillow, and begin launching a flurry of blows on the now defenceless Togruta. She was however, much more agile and managed to dodge the majority of Blackhawk’s largely unaimed blows. “No fair!” she pouted. “All’s fair in random pillow fights between friends.” Blackhawk countered, launching his pillow directly at her head. She dodged out of the way, not expecting what came next

Behind you.” Blackhawk quipped.

Tahiri turned, just in time to see the pillow rocketing back toward her head, but too late to avoid it.

She took the blow and wrapped her arm around it, twisting away at the same time. Stepping back a few feet, she sighed, a coy smile slowly spreading across her face.

“Well, in that case,” her eyes flashed slightly as she sprang forward, aiming her pillow at his head. He ducked and avoided, but as he turned to face her, all he saw was the shimmer of air as her visage disappeared.

“Oh come on!”

Blackhawk did his best to keep his head on a swivel, knowing that his sister apprentice could attack from anywhere now.

A small giggle sounded and he jump towards the sound, swing in a wide arch hoping to catch something. A white blur out of the corner of his eye to the left caught his attention just in time, he turned and redirected the blow to his left instead. However, nothing was there.

Frustrated, Blackhawk slammed his pillow into the ground. The telekinetic wave exploded outward, sending Tahiri flying. “Sneaky tricks aren’t as effective when your opponent can hit everywhere at once.” Tahiri managed to recover, but her illusion was broken.

Spokk went for the pin. He wrapped his huge pillow around Ro, leaving him unable to do anything besides kick helplessly at the air.

Blackhawk leapt at his sister apprentice, his pillow out in front of him. She dodged and slapped him as he flew past. Blackhawk turned in time to witness another blow directly to his cranium. She leapt behind him, and then upon him, wrapping her arms around Blackhawk’s shoulders, using the pillow as an anchor . Try as he might, Blackhawk couldn’t shake her off of him. He failed desperately, trying to land a pillow blow, but couldn’t land much more than a minor hit to an elbow or his own knees. Eventually, in his attempts to throw her off, Blackhawk fell on his rear.

“Seeing as your brother over there is in a similar position to me, how about we call it a draw?”
